Terms and Conditions

  • All guests must provide valid government-issued identification prior to check-in. In compliance with local regulations, properties may be registered with the municipality and tourist authorities. Guests agree to follow all local lodging laws.
  • Each property has a maximum guest capacity, as listed in the reservation details. Exceeding this limit without prior authorization may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund.
  • Quiet hours must be respected (typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Guests must adhere to all HOA or community regulations. Fines or penalties resulting from violations may be charged to the guest.
  • Events, gatherings, or parties must be pre-approved. Unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, per Los Cabos lodging laws.
  • Rates include applicable lodging taxes. As required by Mexican law, a lodging tax (Impuesto Sobre el Hospedaje) and VAT (IVA) may be charged. Guest agrees to comply with local laws, including the use of registered accommodations.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required. Any damage or loss caused during the stay will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
  • Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Each property may have its own cancellation terms. Guests will be informed at the time of booking. Force majeure (e.g., hurricanes, natural disasters) will be handled per our flexible policy guidelines.
  • The property is to be used solely for vacation purposes. Commercial use, subletting, or filming without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Cabala Home Care & Rentals operates in compliance with local tourism and rental regulations set forth by the Municipality of Los Cabos. All properties we manage are required to be registered and meet local safety and tax obligations.
